Ethan Wheatley is a Stockport-born striker who came through Manchester United’s academy and became the club’s 250th academy graduate to make a senior debut. He made his Premier League debut in April 2024 and signed a professional contract with United earlier that year. After breaking into the first team, he spent time on loan to gain senior experience, including spells at Walsall, Northampton Town, and Bradford City. He has also represented England at youth level, showing that he is viewed as one of the more promising young forwards in United’s system.
